"The emphasis should be on building digital communication skills so that students can share and develop their ideas and aspirations online", says Dr Abhay Adhikari

The full article covers:
- The digital domain is a space for conversations based on shared values
- Digital literacy training should focus on communication skills
- A recent example
- Internet + reflection = endless possibilities
I think it's really interesting that Dr Adhikari picks out the tendency to structure teaching processes starting from a fixed end-goal, arguing instead for a more open-ended approach. That in itself demonstrates a particular cognitive understanding of the nature of "the digital age".
